HERRY
I was skeptical of buying stools site unseen but they exceed the quality that thier price point might indicate. Assembly was easy and they have held up well. The only drawback is that they are slightly shorter than my existing counter height chairs and the padding could be more dense. All-in-all a good buy if you're looking for some supplemental seating.

I'm very happy with this product. Perfect height for my counter top dining area and an excellent design that fits well with my black granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and hardware and dark wood cabinets and floors. The quality of the stitching on the cushion and stain on the wood is top-notch. The padded seats with a slight saddle design are very comfortable and the price for the pair can't be beat. One minor complaint: the wood glue bottle is cheap and the top came off during assembly spilling glue everywhere. Overall the combination of design, quality and price make for a great value proposition and I'd highly recommend them.

I have had these stools now for about a month- wanted to wait and see how they held up before writing a review. I have to say- we LOVE them! They were so easy to assemble that I didn't even have to wait for my husband to get home-- I did them both myself in under 1/2 hour! My husband was so impressed- he assumed they had come assembled when he got home from work and saw them up and running!
These stools are at a counter-height table that my boys have their computer on. They are small enough that they both tuck under the table but big enough that my boys (ages 8 and 10) can sit comfortably. My husband, who is 6'3" and a big man, can also sit comfortably on these stools- and they're sturdy enough that he's not nervous when he sits on them!
Lastly, these are beautiful, and comfortable. I saw other stools that didn't have the leather and padding on the top, and I have to say, these are worth their money (and worth the shipping costs!) They are so pretty and so comfortable.
Even though the stools are dark brown in color, the desk they're under is black and they still go together nicely- all dark woods. Love them!! The shipping was fast and the stools came in perfect condition. You can't go wrong with these stools!
